What Minuto does

Minuto makes and hosts one page websites for small businesses. Text is drafted by AI from what you tell us. AI can make mistakes, so you are responsible for reading every word before you share your site and for keeping it accurate.

Your account

You can make a site without an account. To keep editing from another device, you save the site with your email and we send you a sign in link. Anyone who can open your edit links or your email can change your site, so keep them private.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to make a binding contract, and allowed to represent the business you list.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, store, copy, display and adapt your content only to run Minuto: to show your site, draft and edit its text, keep backups, and link to your public site as an example of what Minuto makes. Write to us and we will stop using your site as an example. The license ends when you delete your site, except for backups kept for a short time.

You promise that what you publish is true, that you have the rights to it, and that it follows our Acceptable Use Policy.

Our right to remove content

We may hide, edit out or remove any content or site that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is the subject of a valid legal complaint, or that puts people, our service or our providers at risk. When it is reasonable, we will tell you why.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan costs nothing and shows a small Made with Minuto badge. Pro is a paid subscription that removes the badge and adds a custom domain and a contact form. The price is shown before you pay. Stripe charges it in US dollars, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by writing to us. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. If we change prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

Refunds

Ask within 7 days of your first Pro payment and we refund it in full. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Custom domains

You buy and own your domain through a registrar you choose. Registrar fees, renewals and DNS settings are yours to manage. If Pro ends, the badge returns and your domain stays connected for 14 days, then we disconnect it.

No warranty

We work to keep Minuto fast and online, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not promise that AI drafted text will be accurate or that your site will bring you customers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Minuto is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims by others that come from your content or from your breaking these terms.

Termination

You can delete your site anytime from your dashboard. We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms or the law. When a site is deleted its link stops working, and we remove its content from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on Minuto before it takes effect. Using Minuto after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Miami Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
