Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your email, when you save a site or sign in.
• Your site content: business name, description, services, hours, and the contact details you choose to publish. The words you type or say to create or change a site, a link you paste, and your edit instructions are sent to the AI service to build the page and are not kept.
• A hashed version of your IP address, used to stop abuse and enforce limits. We do not store your raw IP address.
• A view count for each site, as a single total. We do not track visitors across sites or build profiles.
• For Pro, your Stripe customer and subscription ids. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store card numbers.
• Reports you send about a site, with a hashed IP address.

Voice input

If you use the microphone button, your browser turns your speech into text. Depending on your browser, that may be processed by the company that makes it. We only receive the text.

How we use it

• To create, show and host your site.
• To draft and edit text with AI. This runs on Cloudflare Workers AI.
• To send sign in links and service emails.
• To prevent abuse, spam and fraud.
• To handle billing for Pro.
• To answer you when you write to us.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting, database, AI and the Turnstile check that tells people from bots), Resend (email delivery) and Stripe (payments). Each one processes data only to provide its service to us. Messages sent through a Pro contact form are delivered to the site owner by email through Resend.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is set only after you sign in and lasts up to 30 days. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep a site while it exists. When you delete a site, its content is removed right away and from backups within 30 days. Your account email and Stripe ids stay until you ask us by email to delete your account; we do that within 30 days. Sign in links expire after 30 minutes. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

Write to franco@logictalk.ai from the email on your account to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and sites. We answer within 30 days. You can also download your site content any time from the editor.

Children

Minuto is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, store edit and sign in tokens only in hashed form, and limit who can access data. No system is perfect. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on Minuto before the change takes effect.
