Refund Policy

Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Pro, first 7 days
Ask within 7 days of your first Pro payment, monthly or yearly, and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
After 7 days
Cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
Charged by mistake
If we charged you in error, we refund it in full whenever you tell us.
How to ask
Write to franco@logictalk.ai from the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
